Sherry-Lynn met our daughter when she was going through some really big transitions in her life, which included her father and I separating. She managed to access parts of her that we just weren't able to, and also helped us support her through what could have been a very difficult time. While it was still difficult, we believe we came out the other end of it as a family because of the work Sherry-Lynn helped us with as parents. Sherry-Lynn is someone who helped me get through one of the toughest times in my life and continued to support me through the good ones. I came to her as a very fragile and anxious teenager and now I am a very happy adult who has learned so many strategies to make sure I know how to take care of my anxiety. That is because of the amazing work that Sherry-Lynn did with me over the last few years! I am so grateful for her ongoing support and ways in which she listens and does not judge but instead tries to make every person feel that their feelings are valid, and tries to see things from their point of view.
